Hip Academy membership provides ongoing access to all video library resources. The video library is set up as an easy reference resource library of short how-to videos for assessment and management of hip, groin and buttock pain.
Video Library: Clinical Assessment Techniques
The clinical assessment videos include how-to videos of diagnostic tests, stability tests, tests of general function & specific muscle tests. Each video is usually 30 - 60 seconds with audio description of technique.
Includes: 21 muscle tests; 32 diagnostic or load tolerance tests; 10 joint stability tests; 7 ROM tests; 3 neurodynamic tests; 7 xray assessment videos.
Video Library: Specific Exercise Techniques
Video & audio instruction for exercise therapy - presented as if for the patient viewer. Most videos are between 15 and 40 seconds long, demonstrating key techniques and cues.
Includes: Over 100 exercise videos covering specific muscle groups (hip flexors, abductors, adductors, hamstrings), functional lower limb loading exercises, bridge variations, balance and landing, gym exercises, dance specific training, joint mobility and neurodynamic exercises.
Video Library: Treatment Techniques
The treatment techniques category of the dralisongrimaldi video library will showcase treatment techniques for management of hip, groin and buttock pain. This will include manual therapy techniques initially and therapist directed descriptions of exercise techniques will also be added to this category. Most videos are between 40 and 60 seconds long, demonstrating key techniques and cues.

Video Library: Imaging Techniques
The imaging technique videos include Step-by-Step instruction of imaging assessment using inteleviewer. As the library grows, this category will also include videos of realtime ultrasound technique. Most videos are between 1 and 2 minutes long, with a detailed step-by-step video and audio explanation.
