Due to family illness, I have had to cancel my September–October teaching tour of the UK and Europe. My sincere apologies to all.
The 2027 teaching schedule will be posted once I have clarity regarding my availability for travel.

Gluteal Tendinopathy | Managing isolated and co-morbid presentations | APA Webinar

Gluteal tendinopathy is a prevalent and impactful condition, particularly in post-menopausal women. High-quality RCT evidence has established that a specific load management education and exercise approach is highly effective and superior to corticosteroid injection or wait-and-see in both the short and long term, for those with isolated gluteal tendinopathy. However, in clinical practice these patients often present with more than one condition – most commonly exhibiting signs and symptoms of co-morbid lumbar or hip joint related pain. In this presentation, we’ll explore the evidence and approach to management of isolated gluteal tendinopathy and then how we might troubleshoot poor response and co-morbid presentations.
